TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

Illness & Attendance

• If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, flu-like symptoms, or a contagious skin condition, please do not attend the workshop.

• If you are unable to attend due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible.

Illness policy:

• If you notify us before the workshop start time, we will offer:

  • the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop date (subject to availability), or

  • a credit to be used against a future workshop.

• Refunds are not usually offered for illness unless the place can be filled.

• If illness occurs on the day and no notice is given, the booking may be forfeited.

This policy helps us protect the health and safety of all attendees and the workshop host.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
